This has been another hectic weekend of running. Between baseball games, sleepovers, cookout with friends, and dropping off/picking up kids, I have been home long enough to eat and sleep. Leaving laundry, dust, and dog hair (at least the dishes are done) for the upcoming week of my fully devoted attention, since I am officially on VACATION until August!!
I'm not quite sure why I chose teaching as a career, it must have been the inner lazy me, but I'm sure glad I did! The best part of summers off is spending time with my kiddos, be it riding bikes (after I dust them off), playing games, watching cartoons, or running through the sprinkler with them, it is time well spent. I wouldn't trade it for anything!
